At this time, I have limited hours for in-person therapeutic or medical massage clients – please contact me for availability.
Insurance clients: I am an in-network provider for Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oregon, HMA, First Choice Health (and soon MODA) insurance companies. If your policy covers massage or manual therapy, please provide your insurance information upon booking your appointment so I can verify coverage. I may require a doctor’s referral depending on your individual policy. As a small business owner, if for some reason I haven’t received your insurance details at least 48 hours before your appointment and haven’t been able to verify eligibility by 24-hours before, you’ll be given the choice to either cancel or pay out-of-pocket for the appointment. Thank you for respecting this policy.
Apologies for any inconvenience: gift certificates aren’t available at this time and I no longer bill for motor vehicle accidents. I accept Square, Venmo, local checks, and cash and have a strict 24-hour cancelation policy.
